Stephen Bolton

Finance Director

Stephen is a Fellow of the Institute of Accountants in England and Wales and has a recent background as a non-executive director of Globus Energy Plc and CEO of Accell Fitness UK, the UK subsidiary of the bicycle and fitness equipment manufacturer Accell BV.

Stephen qualified with Arthur Young McClelland Moores & Co., then joined KPMG in Hong Kong from where he became responsible for establishing and developing KPMG’s Thailand operations, introducing and advising KPMG’s international clients on investment in Thailand.

Stephen has extensive experience as a CEO and FD of SMEs. With his strong financial background he has a record of turnaround success, strategic growth and meeting shareholders’ expectations.

In 2000, as a result of his successful work assisting Finnish companies in their expansion into export markets, Stephen was made an Honorary Finnish Consul with responsibility for the East Midlands Region of the UK.
