Stephen Bolton

Finance Director
Stephen is a Fellow of the Institute of Accountants in England and Wales and has a recent background as a non-executive director of Globus Energy Plc and CEO of Accell Fitness UK, the UK subsidiary of the bicycle and fitness equipment manufacturer Accell BV.

Stephen qualified with Arthur Young McClelland Moore & Co then joined KPMG in Hong Kong from where he became responsible for establishing and developing KPMG’s Thailand operations, introducing and advising KPMG’s international clients on investment in Thailand.

Stephen is an FCA with extensive experience as a CEO and FD of SMEs. With his strong financial background he has a record of turnaround success, strategic growth and meeting shareholders’ expectations.

As a result of his work with Finnish companies, Stephen was made an Honorary Finnish Consul and is a member of the Finnish Ambassador’s steering committee set up to establish the Finnish British Business Link organisation.
